Dürrmann supports projects from the initial idea through to series production: development and design, in-house tool and mold making, plastic injection molding with a modern machine fleet, as well as finishing and assembly depending on product requirements.
Dürrmann has more than 30 modern injection molding machines. The machine fleet includes fully controlled injection molding machines, some of which are equipped with robotic removal systems, enabling efficient production even for large quantities.
Yes, Dürrmann offers professional surface decoration for plastic products. Individual designs are implemented using pad printing, screen printing, and hot foil stamping. Thanks to advanced automation technology, even large batch sizes can be finished economically.
