Extensive Product Range
Our diverse product portfolio includes screw-top containers in standard and special designs, screw containers with tamper-evident closures for maximum product safety, as well as the innovative NEW LINE, TEC LINE and SOFT LINE product lines.
In addition, we manufacture high-quality cream jars and cosmetic jars, round and rectangular containers, slide boxes, cream pots and tablet containers.
We also produce technical plastic parts according to customer-specific requirements.
Comprehensive Manufacturing Expertise
As a full-service provider, we cover the entire value chain and support your project holistically: from development and design to in-house mold making and toolmaking, all the way through to series production using plastic injection molding.
With state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology and simulation software such as Moldflow®, we optimize your products for perfect results as early as the development phase. Our modern machine park comprises more than 30 fully controlled injection molding machines, some equipped with removal robot systems, ensuring efficient production even for large quantities.
Downstream processes such as assembly and decoration are also part of our manufacturing capabilities.
Finishing and Surface Decoration
For an individual appearance and brand-appropriate design of your plastic products, we offer professional surface decoration using pad printing, screen printing and hot foil stamping.
Due to advanced automation technology, we can also decorate large batch sizes economically.
